Passing through Mont Brouilly, the aromas become more complex, we will dive into the cellars where they are found: Brouilly, Côte de Brouilly, Chénas, Chiroubles, Fleurie, Morgon, Moulin-à-vent, Régnié, Saint-Amour..., treasures of the region.
Our first stop will be at one of the key points to understand the history of Beaujolais wines and its geology. An impressive view will give you an idea of the region, before reaching the first winery.
Close to this location, we will visit a "Domaine" and taste its wines. The owner himself will make the visit, transmitting all his passion for this fascinating universe and for the region.
We will have lunch in a typical restaurant of the region in the middle of the vineyards. Or a gastronomic one (according to the client's choice).
In the afternoon we will visit another winery, a second "CRU of Beaujolais" ( previously chosen with the client) to give an idea of the potential of the region.
